Cozy Outdoor Picnic/Stargazing
If you are lucky enough to have warm weather this Valentine’s Day (I am not I live in Wisconsin and it is supposed to be -1° so yay🥶)
But if you are in a wayyyy better are for an outdoor picnic and looking at the stars then take advantage of it.
You could do your picnic with your homecooked meal, but again we are trying to keep these dates affordable so a home-cooked picnic works just fine. So grab your picnic head outside with your blankets and talk and just enjoy each other’s company until the stars come out for you to gaze upon.
If you need some fun and flirty conversation starters I have this post all about questions to help you reconnect with your partner access it HERE.
*Alternative outdoor picnic at home date idea if you are like me and live in a colder weather climate this Valentine’s Day*
Plan B, you could get one of those stargazing projector thingies… you know what I am talking about right? 😅Slap that puppy up and gaze at the stars from your living room floor or bed all while still connecting with amazing conversation starters!
Fun Game Night
Are game nights more your things then grab all the board games you can find and get ready for a good time! Playing games together is a great way not only to connect as a couple again but to strengthen your communication and witty banter.
And once again it is completely affordable no need to go out and spend money on games, you could even play video games as well IF both partners are in agreement not just watching the other play…. this is Valentine’s Day after all! Although I would suggest board game since it will allow you to be across from your partner and really engage in the date and your conversations while you play also feel free to switch it up.
