How Raspberry Tea Has Improved My Period

Let me outline what a typical cycle would look like for me BEFORE drinking raspberry tea

I would start after my period full of life all chipper and ready to be done with the terrible events I had just gone through, leading to the extreme highs during my follicular phase. However, the Leutal phase (typically when PMS starts) is where I would see my head spin around and a whole new Miranda would come out! I would struggle with having extreme thoughts of self-doubt and low self-esteem, crying randomly, getting irritated within one snap of a finger for such stupid reasons, crying some more, acne breakouts, stomach bloating, crying at cute things, restless sleep, hot flashes, sore boobs, not wanting to be around my boyfriend… yeah pretty gnarly PMS right!!!! 😩

All to lead to the cramps of a lifetime, now I am fortunate to say I only got/get cramps and heavy bleeding on my first day but before drinking raspberry tea those cramps were unbearable whereas now I can “function”!

I am so overjoyed to tell you guys you don’t have to live through those symptoms anymore or at least not as strongly!

The pain I would feel in my boobs lessened and I noticed they don’t seem to “swell” up as much as before, I would have to hold them if I walked down the stairs that’s how much “bigger” and more painful they felt, and I don’t have that big of boobs to begin with!

My acne breakouts oh let me tell you! Acne is something I have been struggling with since junior high and I have seen improvements since I turned 21! But right before my period it never seems to fail OPE (yes I’m from the midwest and yes I did just say ope) there’s a new breakout… or five would appear. Since drinking the raspberry tea though I would maybe see one to two breakouts and they wouldn’t be as bad in terms of leaving a scar or post-redness behind.

I also saw tremendous improvement in my bloating. Before I would feel full all the time and my belly would blow up like a balloon! Now I still do get some bloating but it’s not nearly as bad especially if I am watching my diet and not giving in to all of the period cravings.🍕🍨🍟🍩
